These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all relations between:

Truefords Ltd sells premium non-iron shirts exclusively through its online store hosted on Shopify.
All product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Minor variations in colour or fabric texture may occur.

2. Orders

Any order placed on https://www.truefords.com constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once payment has been validated, the Customer receives an order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.

Truefords Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or an ongoing dispute with the Customer.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and may vary depending on the courier service.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Truefords Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven defect.

Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.
