These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern all relations between:

and any individual or legal entity making a purchase through the online store, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products and Availability

Charter Oak LLC sells premium non-iron shirts exclusively through its online store hosted on Shopify. All product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Minor variations in colour or fabric texture may occur.

2. Orders

Any order placed on https://www.truefords.com constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs. Once payment has been validated, the Customer receives an order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.

Charter Oak LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, or an ongoing dispute with the Customer.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Delivery costs, if any, are displayed before order confirmation.

Payments are made securely online using the methods available on the Site (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). An order is considered final only after full payment has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery

Charter Oak LLC delivers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and may vary depending on the courier service and destination country.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Charter Oak LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned, except in the case of a proven defect.

Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.

Charter Oak LLC guarantees that the products comply with applicable consumer protection regulations.

The company cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, or non-compliance with care instructions.
